Come explore the fermentation process in this hands-on workshop. Bring a glass mason jar or reusable container. A variety of fall crops (cabbage, carrots, fennel, onions, peppers will be availble for your take home container There is a $10 fee to cover expenses. RSVP is required by Nov. 20th.
